Terms of service

London Opulence is operated by the store owner at Unit 2105, 1111 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 1S1, Canada. By visiting our site and purchasing something from us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products and pricing. We sell fragrance and skincare products. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. Product descriptions and images aim to be accurate; if a listing contains an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
2. Orders. An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we will confirm acceptance by email. Quantities may be limited per customer to keep stock fairly available.
3. Shipping and delivery. Orders are fulfilled by our supply partner and ship from the United States, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery estimates are shown in our Shipping Policy and at checkout; they are estimates, not guarantees.
4. Returns. Returns are handled under our Return and refund policy, posted on this site.
5. Authenticity. Every product we sell is genuine. If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or not genuine, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
6. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada.
