Refund policy
30-day returns on fragrance and skincare. If you change your mind, you can return any unopened item, with its seal intact, within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send you the return instructions.
- Damaged, wrong or not genuine: tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. We pay for the return.
- Changed your mind: unopened and sealed, within 30 days. Return shipping is paid by you.
- Luxury finds (coming soon) will show their own return window on each product page before you buy.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the item.
Not returnable: opened fragrance and skincare (for hygiene reasons), unless the item was damaged, wrong or not genuine.
