Shipping policy
Free US shipping on orders of $49 or more. Orders under $49 ship for $6.95.
- Fragrance: ships from the United States and usually arrives in 2 to 6 business days.
- Skincare: ships from the United States and usually arrives in 3 to 8 business days.
- Luxury finds (coming soon) will show their delivery time on each product page before you buy.
Tracking. Every order ships with tracking. We email you the tracking link as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Where we ship. All 50 US states, plus PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO boxes and military addresses travel by USPS and can take a few days longer. We don't ship outside the US yet.
Order processing. Most orders leave within 1 to 2 business days.
Christmas delivery. Order by December 14 for delivery before Christmas with standard shipping.
Sending a gift? Just enter the recipient's name and address as the shipping address at checkout.
If something goes wrong. If your order is late, lost or arrives damaged, email us and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
